1. How do I register my team?
You can register directly on our website by filling out the online registration form. A $50 deposit is required to hold your team's spot.

2. What is the entry fee?
Basketball: $200 per team
Volleyball: $100 per team
Each basketball team can have up to 4 players (3 on court, 1 sub). Volleyball teams are 2 players (co-ed). -
3. What divisions are available?
Basketball Divisions:
Youth Co-ed (Grades 6–8)
High School Boys
High School Girls
Men’s 18–34, Men’s 35+
Women’s 18–34, Women’s 35+Volleyball Divisions:
High School Co-ed
Adult Co-ed (18+)Division placement is based on players’ grade or age as of June 28, 2025.

4. What is included with registration?
-Guaranteed 2 pool play games.
-Single elimination tournament eligibility
-Event T-shirt for each player
-Opportunity to win awards and cash prizes (Adult Divisions) -
6. How are the games structured?
Basketball:
-Half-court play
- First to 21 points or 25-minute game time
- Continuous play with "check-up" after scoring
-Offense calls fouls
-2 pool play games followed by single elimination bracketVolleyball:

7. Are there prizes?
Yes!
Youth and High School Divisions: Awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. Adult Divisions: Cash prize for 1st place (pot based on participation) plus awards for 2nd and 3rd.

8. What happens if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather, the tournament will be moved to the Cambridge Parks Armory (up the hill from the outdoor courts).
This will be communicated via email and social media. -
9. Is there a spectator fee?
No! Family, friends, and fans are welcome to come and cheer for free. Bring your lawn chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of energy!

10. What should we bring?
Proper athletic clothing and shoes, Water bottles and sunscreen, Drivers license or ID for adults, positive attitude and good sportsmanship!

11. Are substitutions allowed during the tournament?
Basketball teams may substitute freely among their 4 rostered players.

12. Can I get a refund if my team cancels?
Deposits are non-refundable. Full registration payments may be refundable if cancellation is made by June 15, 2025. No refunds after June 15.

13. Will there be food or drinks available?
Concessions and food trucks will be on-site during the tournament - it’s a good idea to bring cash if you plan to grab a bite! Outside food and drink are permitted, but alcohol is prohibited.
